I am not one of the 35% of Americans who say that football is their favorite sport. I’m with the 17% of the nation who profess their love for baseball. (Real quick: The SF Giants had their annual Fan Fest on Saturday. It was so popular that fans had to be turned away. Timmy Lincecum is growing a fu manchu beard so he can start a new saying: “Fear the Fu!“)
Consequently I had no interest in the Super Bowl game yesterday. Instead I spent the day at the Tech Museum in San Jose, CA. BTW, it was sunny and 78 degrees. (There’s a reason people live in CA and it’s not the abundance of jobs, affordable housing, low taxes, decent roads, or pleasant people.)

On Super Bowl Sunday, you can go to a party and enjoy potato chips…OR…you can go to the Tech Museum and enjoy:

San Jose Microchips!
One more quick thing about the museum before I get on with the more important topic at hand…
At the museum there’s an exhibit about the importance of innovation—a topic President Obama touched upon in his speech last month. It displays which personality traits lead to innovation and what kind of environment fosters innovation. Really interesting…more on this later…stay tuned…
Yesterday Aaron Rodgers, a homegrown Northern California guy, was the MVP of the Super Bowl. I think that is about as good as it gets in pro sports.
But just as important—well, at least it is with assessing a woman’s value—is what does he LOOK LIKE? I actually had a request to apply my ‘keen eye’ to the Super Bowl champ. Since I think I may get more “hits” from writing about Aaron than if I blog about my latest vintage dress purchase from EBay, I am not above pandering to the 35% of Americans in the Super Bowl Crowd. I’ll do anything for more readers!
So here goes:
1. Aaron Rodgers

+ 2. Jeffrey Dean Morgan

The actor best known as Izzy's love interest on the TV show, "Grey's Anatomy."
= 3. Steve Carrell

Hollywood funnyman and dramatic actor Steve Carrell, star of the hilarious TV show, "The Office."
Now, back to more important things…like baseball. Did you see Timmy on the cover of GQ Magazine? He is one of the “25 Coolest Athletes Ever.”
